Sarah Huang
She is John and Catherine's daughter. Full-time mother to four children, she helps around the farm whenever she can.
Stefano Chiezzi
Married to Sarah. He is the Farm Administrator and Forest Manager. Manages the website and the administration; takes care of the maintenance and the landscaping. Studied with Dr. Elaine Ingham (Life in the soil, Composting methods, Compost Tea and microscope use) and J.M. Fortier for organic farming techniques (The Market Gardener Masterclass). His passions are permaculture, agroecology, agroforestry and regenerative agriculture. He also makes wooden handicrafts.
